NGS, auch \u201eNext Generation Sequencing\u201c genannt, ist eine genetische Analysetechnologie, die eine umfassende Chromosomenuntersuchung<\/strong> bei Embryonen erm\u00f6glicht. Mit NGS k\u00f6nnen alle 46 Chromosomen<\/strong> vollst\u00e4ndig analysiert werden. Dadurch lassen sich s\u00e4mtliche Chromosomen, aus denen sich der Embryo zusammensetzt, detailliert untersuchen.<\/p>\n

Mit NGS werden Embryonen schnell und effizient gescreent, und chromosomale Probleme k\u00f6nnen bereits vor einer Schwangerschaft<\/strong> erkannt werden.<\/p>\n

Einer der h\u00e4ufigsten Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr, dass trotz erfolgreichem Embryotransfer im Rahmen einer IVF-Behandlung keine gesunde Schwangerschaft entsteht, sind Chromosomenst\u00f6rungen in den Embryonen.<\/p>\n

    Wiederholten Fehlgeburten<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Mehrfach erfolglosen IVF-Versuchen<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Nachweis von Chromosomenanomalien bei einem der Partner (z. B. bestimmte Translokationen)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Mit dieser Methode wird ein chromosomal gesunder Embryo identifiziert und in die Geb\u00e4rmutter transferiert.<\/p>\n

    Behandlungsablauf<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Voruntersuchung<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n

        Die Behandlung beginnt mit routinem\u00e4\u00dfigen medizinischen Tests der Patientin.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

        Stimulation der Eizellreifung<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          Am 2.\u20134. Tag des Menstruationszyklus wird mit Hormoninjektionen zur Eizellreifung begonnen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Die Vorbehandlung kann unter unserer \u00e4rztlichen Kontrolle auch in der Heimat der Patientin erfolgen oder vollst\u00e4ndig in unserem Zentrum, falls Unterkunftsm\u00f6glichkeiten bestehen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

          Eizellentnahme (OPU)<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • \n

            Nach etwa 10\u201312 Tagen, sobald die Eizellen die gew\u00fcnschte Reife erreicht haben, wird eine Ausl\u00f6sespritze verabreicht.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Rund 36 Stunden sp\u00e4ter werden die Eizellen unter tiefer Sedierung (\u201eSchlafzustand\u201c) entnommen. Diese schonende Narkose dauert in der Regel nur 10\u201315 Minuten und ist f\u00fcr die Patientin schmerzfrei.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

            ICSI (Mikroinjektion)<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n

              Am Tag der Eizellentnahme werden die Spermien des Mannes mit der Mikroinjektionstechnik in jede reife Eizelle injiziert.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Die befruchteten Eizellen werden etwa 5 Tage im Labor kultiviert.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              NGS-Analyse<\/strong><\/p>\n

                Am 5. Entwicklungstag wird eine Biopsie an den Embryonen durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Die Analyse dauert etwa 2\u20133 Wochen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Die Patientin beginnt die Transfer-Vorbereitung mit der darauf folgenden Menstruation nach Vorliegen des Ergebnisses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                Embryotransfer<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  Der genetisch gesunde Embryo wird in die Geb\u00e4rmutter transferiert.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Verbleibende hochwertige Embryonen werden eingefroren und f\u00fcr sp\u00e4tere Versuche gelagert.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
