Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, in its capacity as Data Controller, to be used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified in line with business purposes, as explained below. In this context, in accordance with the Law and Regulations issued to protect personal data and safeguard individuals’ fundamental rights and freedoms—particularly the privacy of private life—our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent the unlawful processing and access of personal data, and to ensure their secure preservation.
This text is intended for all real persons whose personal data are processed by our Company, excluding Company employees or job applicants who have applied to our Company.
The personal data processed as Data Controller include, but are not limited to:
Name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, phone number, email address, signature, physical location/security camera recordings, call center/service quality audio recordings, bank account number, cookie records.
Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
The personal data you share may be processed for the following purposes, among others:
Enabling you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent to benefit from the products and services provided by our Company, including but not limited to carrying out necessary work related to determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies, conducting marketing activities, business development, and planning activities,
Conducting administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company,
Ensuring the physical security and supervision of our Company’s locations,
Establishing business partner/customer/supplier (authorized persons or employees) relations,
Fulfilling contractual requirements and financial reconciliation related to products and services jointly offered with our business partners, suppliers, or third parties,
Executing our Company’s human resources policies,
Use of our call center or website,
Participation in training, seminars, or events organized by our Company.
Collection and Storage of Personal Data
Personal data you share with our Company may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic means such as offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media channels, mobile applications, and similar tools. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical media. Our Company designs business processes and develops technical security infrastructures to prevent unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, or damage of your personal data.
Your personal data will be processed with all necessary information security measures in place and will be stored throughout the legal retention period, or, if no period is prescribed, for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Once this period has expired, your personal data will be removed from our Company’s data flows through deletion, destruction, or anonymization.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, in compliance with the law and relevant regulations, and for the purposes specified above, to:
Companies and representatives authorized to act on behalf of our Company,
Regulatory and supervisory authorities, and public institutions or organizations legally authorized to request such data,
Business partners, suppliers, contractors, banks, credit risk and finance institutions, and other real or legal persons within the specified purposes,
Tax advisors, legal advisors, and auditors, including consultants we work with in connection with legal proceedings,
Both domestically and abroad, business partners, service providers, authorized persons, and institutions for the purposes specified above.
Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to our Company, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data are processed,
Request information if your data have been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
Know the third parties to whom your data are transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction if your data are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
Request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request notification of the correction/deletion to third parties to whom data have been transferred,
Object to adverse results arising from the exclusive analysis of your data through automated systems,
Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.
Pursuant to Article 13(1) of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding the exercise of these rights in writing, or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
