After completing his secondary education at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School (1989), he started his medical studies at GATA Military Medical Faculty in 1990 and received his medical degree in 1997.
He completed his specialization training in Anesthesiology and Reanimation at GATA Haydarpaşa Training and Research Hospital (2006–2010).
